Bird-O is the biggest and only commercial website in Australia devoted purely to promoting birdwatching experiences. We are unique because we support professional birding and wildlife-related businesses and we are a non-lobby group. Bird-O is simply about birds and birding. For this reason, we try to print a wide range of articles from beginner birding, to twitching, book and TV reviews and identification guides.

Today, Bird-O reaches on average about 25,000 people through social media every two or three days. Sometimes these figures are higher (as shown above). Joining Bird-O will get you involved in this community. The number of unique visitors to Bird-O is growing by over 10% a month.

Because of the manner in which social-networking operates, the information reaches a significant proportion of people with an interest in birding.
  • Unlike magazine adverts, web-based listings are multi-dimensional and active, not passive. We achieve brand re-enforcement through multiple links to products and services through adverts, articles, business and service listings,  social networking and mail blasts.
